Long ago, in a classroom far away...
Since 1996, ShoresMedia (creators of CBTClips) has been providing application and system training for clients around southern California and beyond. Back in those dark ages, the classroom was still the best, and in most cases, the only way to deliver training. The Internet was as slow as the computer trying to access it.
We began informally recording our classroom training sessions with the now extinct Lotus Screen Cam in 1998. Using video for training was still just a speck of an idea in that pre-You Tube world. Who could have imagined the video revolution that was right around the corner!
CBTClips.com was launched in 2004 with the goal of providing online access to our growing collection of Flash-based training videos. Customers loved the convenience of accessing videos online but, as expected, demanded even more flexibility.
Today, computer-based training is considered the norm for delivering consistent and cost-efficient training. Using Camtasia, Captivate and other industry-standard tools, we now offer videos in a variety of formats including Flash, Windows Media and MP4. Our unique licensing allows local installation behind a firewall for deployment on SharePoint or a Learning Management System.

- Can you make the clips SCORM-compliant? No problem.
